In 2020, we decided to have ourselves certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. After setting up the relevant processes and successfully achieving certification, we went one step further in 2021 and introduced SA 8000:2014 (Social Accountability) and ISO 37301:2021 (Compliance Management System) with regard to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Due to the constantly increasing compliance requirements, we also implemented certification according to ISO 37001:2018 (management system to combat corruption) in March 2022.

 

The aim of this very elaborate process of multiple certifications was to give our customers the assurance that Kinetronics Europe GmbH not only coordinates limited, internal work processes and carries them out in a traceable manner, but also keeps an eye on the entire process chain from material procurement, production, sales, finances and the well-being of the employees. Since we are an export-oriented company, our process structures for export were revised again parallel to these activities. As a result of this intensive work, we have received, among other things, the AEO-C approval in 2020 from the main customs office in Cologne.
